What we collect

BucketHeadPicks stores the account and pool information needed to operate private confidence pools. We also collect limited usage events—pages and features used, visible active minutes, device class, and web performance—to keep the site reliable and understand which features are useful.

What analytics excludes

Analytics does not record pick selections, confidence values, form contents, passwords, authentication tokens, payout handles, or email addresses. Cloudflare supplies aggregate, cookieless traffic and security analytics. Short-lived Hostinger access logs contain request paths, timing, approximate country, browser user agent, referrer, status, and network address for security and operations.

Use and retention

We use this information only to operate, secure, and improve BucketHeadPicks. We do not sell it, use it for targeted advertising, or run advertising or session-replay trackers. Raw product analytics are retained for 90 days and Hostinger request logs for 30 days; aggregated operational reports may be kept longer.

Clerk provides authentication, Cloudflare provides network security and traffic delivery, Hostinger provides hosting, and Resend provides transactional email. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
